This does a great job.Feels a bit awkward at first but you soon get used to it.I'm an amateur and this is a professional piece of equipment.It would have been nice if it had come with some instructions on how to adjust the settings.I was able to figure out most settings by experimenting.Can't figure out how to waffle, but then maybe it doesn't.Many don't.It comes in a very handy, easy to open and close, carry case that allows me to fit it under the sink.So many of us have crowded cabinet space these days that that is a real plus!
