This is an excellent cutter, that comes with several different size blade fittings (for thinner or thicker fries).It sets up very easily, and can be easily disassembled and popped into the dishwasher.The one complaint I have is that the blade base should be a bit bigger so that large spuds can be passed through without having to cut the spud into smaller bits first.
The lever arm is a bit short, so that my wife has asked me to cut the potatos - since some weight has to be put into operating the lever.
It makes uniformly cut fries, that cook evenly.It makes the joy of fresh cut fries accessible to more people - so please skip the frozen fries and give yourself a real treat!
